目的：分析急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者临床护理相关特征以及预后效果。方法：随机选取我院收治早幼粒细胞白血病患者30例，将其分成两组，即观察组和对照组，每组15例。给予观察组进行临床护理，给予对照组进行常规护理，观察两组患者感染率、出血程度以及预后恢复情况、满意度等，并进行比较。结果：两组患者经过护理之后，其出血程度、感染的发生率和满意度、预后恢复情况均有所改善，但是观察组与对照组比较，具有一定的优势，对比两组间的差异，其p<0.05，则具有显著的统计学意义。结论：对于早幼粒细胞性白血病患者积极采用临床护理，取得良好的效果，可有效降低患者的感染的发生率，减轻出血程度等特点，同时能够帮助患者快速恢复健康，提高生活质量，值得广泛应用。
목적：분석급성조유립세포백혈병환자림상호리상관특정이급예후효과。방법：수궤선취아원수치조유립세포백혈병환자30례，장기분성량조，즉관찰조화대조조，매조15례。급여관찰조진행림상호리，급여대조조진행상규호리，관찰량조환자감염솔、출혈정도이급예후회복정황、만의도등，병진행비교。결과：량조환자경과호리지후，기출혈정도、감염적발생솔화만의도、예후회복정황균유소개선，단시관찰조여대조조비교，구유일정적우세，대비량조간적차이，기p<0.05，칙구유현저적통계학의의。결론：대우조유립세포성백혈병환자적겁채용림상호리，취득량호적효과，가유효강저환자적감염적발생솔，감경출혈정도등특점，동시능구방조환자쾌속회복건강，제고생활질량，치득엄범응용。
To analyze patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia cellcharacteristics and clinical care related prognosis. Methods : randomly selected patients in our hospital promyelocytic leukemia, 30 cases wil be divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, 15 cases in each group. Clinical care given to the observation group , the control group given routine care, observe infection , bleeding and prognosis of the extent of the recovery of the two groups of patients , satisfaction, and compared. Results: The two groups of patients after treatment, the degree of bleeding, infection rate and satisfaction have improved the prognosis of recovery, but the observation group and control group , has certain advantages, comparing the differences between the two groups, which p<0.05, it has a significant statistical significance. Conclusion : For promyelocytic leukemia active use of clinical care, and achieved good results, which can effectively reduce the incidence of infection in patients, reduce the degree of bleeding and other characteristics , and can help patients recover quickly and improve the quality of life, worthy of extensive application.
