目的：探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者病情复发的影响。方法运用自行设计的问卷，对50例慢性乙肝多次复发患者实施护理干预，包括个人的心理调适、饮食，用药、自我保健、自我防护、日常修养、定期复查等方面进行干预，比较患者干预前后复发率的差别，并对结果进行数据分析。结果干预后患者充分认识到遵守医嘱的重要性，复发率有明显的降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论护理干预能使乙肝患者保持轻松愉快的心情，增强治疗疾病的信心，提高自我保健能力，有效防止病情复发。
목적：탐토호리간예대만성을형간염환자병정복발적영향。방법운용자행설계적문권，대50례만성을간다차복발환자실시호리간예，포괄개인적심리조괄、음식，용약、자아보건、자아방호、일상수양、정기복사등방면진행간예，비교환자간예전후복발솔적차별，병대결과진행수거분석。결과간예후환자충분인식도준수의촉적중요성，복발솔유명현적강저，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론호리간예능사을간환자보지경송유쾌적심정，증강치료질병적신심，제고자아보건능력，유효방지병정복발。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis B recurrence. Method By using a self-designed questionnaire, 50 cases of chronic hepatitis B relapse patients nursing intervention, including psychological adjustment, a person's diet, medication, self-care, self protection, daily training, regular examination and so on, recurrence rate were compared before and after intervention of difference, and the results of data analysis. Result After the intervention, patients were ful y aware of the importance of compliance, the recurrence rate was lower, the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention can make patients maintain a pleasant mood, enhance confidence in the treatment of disease, improve the ability of self health care, can effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease.
