本研究比较了3种抗应激处理措施防控肉牛运输应激的效果。74头试验牛分4组,分别在运输前用牛支原体弱毒疫苗滴鼻、肌内注射泰乐菌素或饲料中添加泰妙菌素,并设不做任何抗应激处理的对照。分别对试验牛起运前及运达后体温、血细胞数目、血清中酶含量、牛支原体抗体水平、生长速度、发病率、死亡率及治疗成本进行比较。结果显示,起运前及运达后试验牛体温、血细胞数及牛支原体抗体水平未见明显差异;泰乐菌素肌注组试验牛发病率、死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);对照组试验牛治疗成本为抗应激处理组治疗成本的15.9倍。结果表明,运输前进行抗应激处理有利于降低肉牛运输应激,起运前肌注泰乐菌素抗运输应激效果最好。

본연구비교료3충항응격처리조시방공육우운수응격적효과。74두시험우분4조,분별재운수전용우지원체약독역묘적비、기내주사태악균소혹사료중첨가태묘균소,병설불주임하항응격처리적대조。분별대시험우기운전급운체후체온、혈세포수목、혈청중매함량、우지원체항체수평、생장속도、발병솔、사망솔급치료성본진행비교。결과현시,기운전급운체후시험우체온、혈세포수급우지원체항체수평미견명현차이;태악균소기주조시험우발병솔、사망솔현저저우대조조(P<0.01);대조조시험우치료성본위항응격처리조치료성본적15.9배。결과표명,운수전진행항응격처리유리우강저육우운수응격,기운전기주태악균소항운수응격효과최호。
In this study three kinds of measures for prevention and control cattle transport stress were compared. Eighty-four cattle were divided into four groups. The first group were immunized with attenuated Mycoplasma bovis vaccine intranasally, the second group were injected with tylosin intramuscularly, the third group were feed by adding tiamulin in dietary, and the other cattle were served as a control. The cattle’s temperature, number of blood cells, serum enzyme content and Mycoplasma bovis antibody levels, weight changes, morbidity, mortality and cost of treatment were compared between before and after arrival. The results showed that there were no significant changes in cattle’s temperature, number of blood cells, serum enzyme content and Mycoplasma bovis antibody levels. The morbidity and mortality of group via tylosin intramuscularly were lower than others (P<0.01), and the cost of the control group was 15.9 times higher than that of anti-stress group. The stress could be reduced by anti-stress techniques, and it is the best way to reducing transport stress by injecting tylosin intramuscularly.
