目的:探讨临床上阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征( OSAS)对患者血糖的影响。方法选取在广州医学院第二附属医院就诊的轻、中、重度OSAS患者共65例及对照组患者65例,对空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素及餐后2 h胰岛素等指标进行检测,并进行比较。结果与对照组相比,OSAS组空腹及餐后2 h的血糖较高( P<0.001);胰岛素水平及餐后2 h胰岛素水平也较高( P<0.001);OSAS组中患者病情越严重,其糖耐量受损程度和高胰岛素血症越明显。结论因此,OSAS可导致糖代谢发生异常,并且睡眠呼吸紊乱严重程度与糖耐量受损程度和高胰岛素血症密切相关。

목적:탐토림상상조새성수면호흡잠정종합정( OSAS)대환자혈당적영향。방법선취재엄주의학원제이부속의원취진적경、중、중도OSAS환자공65례급대조조환자65례,대공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당、공복이도소급찬후2 h이도소등지표진행검측,병진행비교。결과여대조조상비,OSAS조공복급찬후2 h적혈당교고( P<0.001);이도소수평급찬후2 h이도소수평야교고( P<0.001);OSAS조중환자병정월엄중,기당내량수손정도화고이도소혈증월명현。결론인차,OSAS가도치당대사발생이상,병차수면호흡문란엄중정도여당내량수손정도화고이도소혈증밀절상관。
Objective To explore the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome ( OSAS) on blood glucose. Methods 65 patients with mild, moderate and severe OSAS and 65 patients without OSAS were recruited. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), fasting plasma insulin (FINS) and 2 hour post-prandial plasma insulin (2hFINS) were detected in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, ei-ther FBG or 2hPG were much higher in the study group (P<0. 001), so were FINS and 2hFINS (P<0. 001). The more severe OSAS patients were, the more obvious impaired glucose tolerance and hyper-insulinemia were. Conclu-sion OSAS could cause abnormal glucose metabolism. The severity of the sleep disorder breathing is associated with impaired glucose tolerance and hyper-insulinemia.
