研究了乙硫氮比浊法测定食盐微量锌的方法,在pH 为8的缓冲溶液中,在稳定剂存在下,锌离子与乙硫氮反应生成沉淀悬浮物,用400 nm为吸收波长,锌离子浓度在0~8μg/mL 范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,方法与EDTA滴定法测定结果进行对照,结果满意。

Ethyl sulfur nitrogen turbidimetric method is developed for the determination of trace zinc in edible salt.In the buffer solution of pH 8,with the presence of stabilizing agent,zinc ions with ethyl sulfur nitrogen reaction generate sedimentation suspended matter,and it shows a good linear relation with the absorbance as the absorption wavelength of 400 nm,zinc ion concentration of 0~8μg/mL. Compare the determination results of the method with that of EDTA titration, the results are satisfactory.
