试验建立了一种测定酱油和食醋中对羟基苯甲酸丙酯含量的高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,紫外检测器检测波长为256 nm,柱温为35℃。结果表明:对羟基苯甲酸丙酯检测的线性关系良好,线性回归系数为0.9989,检出限为1 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.89%,加标回收率为104%~118%。该方法快速简便,适合于酱油和食醋中对羟基苯甲酸丙酯(PP)的定量测定。

Take ammonium acetic acid with methanol solution as mobile phase,under the conditions that ultraviolet detector wavelength of 256 nm and the column temperature of 35 ℃,an HPLC method for detecting the content of Propyl p-Hydroxybenzoate in soy sauce and vinegar is established.The result shows that the method has a good linear relationship and the correlation coefficient is 0.9989 with the limit of detection of 1 mg/L.The average recoveries vary from 104% to 118% with the relative standard deviation of 0.89%.The comparative study with the local standard method proves that the two methods are basically identical. It is suitable for the detection of Propyl p-hydroxybenzoate (PP)in soy sauce and vinegar.
