为了进一步开发利用花椒资源，采用超声法以甲醇为溶剂对陕西韩城产大红袍花椒的活性成分进行了提取，测定了活性提取物对羟基自由基、DPP H 自由基以及超氧阴离子自由基的清除率。结果表明该样品活性提取物对这3种自由基均具有较强的清除作用，其中以对DPP H 自由基的清除能力最强。

The active components of Shaanxi Hancheng Dahongpao peppers are extracted with methanol through the method of ultrasonic technique for development and utilization of pepper resources. The scavenging rates to hydroxyl radical,DPPH and superoxide anionic radical are tested.The result shows that the extract has stronger scavenging action and the strongest scavenging effect on DPPH.
