目的：：评价新型敷料银离子愈邦联合银锌霜应用于重症药疹大面积剥脱性创面愈合的疗效。方法：42例患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各21例。观察组采用愈邦与银锌霜，对照组采用油纱与金霉素眼膏。观察创面愈合时间、患者疼痛度，换药次数。结果：观察组创面愈合时间平均10.10±2.88天，对照组平均13.44±3.16天，差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组换药时疼痛总VAS 评分为2.73±1.15分，对照组3.58±2.11分，差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组换药次数平均2.47±1.15次，对照组平均4.45±1.22次，差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：愈邦敷料用于重症药疹大面积剥脱性皮损换药疗效肯定。
목적：：평개신형부료은리자유방연합은자상응용우중증약진대면적박탈성창면유합적료효。방법：42례환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조각21례。관찰조채용유방여은자상，대조조채용유사여금매소안고。관찰창면유합시간、환자동통도，환약차수。결과：관찰조창면유합시간평균10.10±2.88천，대조조평균13.44±3.16천，차이유겁현저통계학의의(P<0.01)。관찰조환약시동통총VAS 평분위2.73±1.15분，대조조3.58±2.11분，차이유겁현저통계학의의(P<0.01)；관찰조환약차수평균2.47±1.15차，대조조평균4.45±1.22차，차이유겁현저통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론：유방부료용우중증약진대면적박탈성피손환약료효긍정。
Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of Yubang in combination with silver-zinc ointment on exfoliative lesion of drug-induced eruption. Methods: Forty-two patients were divided into two groups: 21 patients in each group. The patients in experimental group were treated with Yubang in combination with silver-zinc ointment and those in control group were treated with oily gauze in combination with aureomycin eye ointment. The healing time of skin lesion, the degree of pain and the times of changing dressing were assessed. Results:The average healing time of skin lesions in experimental group was 10.10±2.88 days, which was less than that in the controls (13.44±3.16 days) (P<0.01). The total VAP score in the treatment group was 2.73 ±1.15, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.58±2.11) (P<0.01). The average times of changing dressing was 2.47±1.15, which were less than that in the controls (4.45±1.22) (P<0.01). Conclusion: Yubang in combination with silver-zinc ointment was effective in the treatment of exfoliative le-sions of drug-induced eruption.
