患者，女，76岁。双下肢出现红色瘀点、进行性增多伴轻微瘙痒半年。组织病理示：表皮及真皮浅层单一核细胞浸润，表皮内可见 Pautrier 微脓肿。免疫组化：CD3(＋)、CD4(＋)、CD8(散在＋)、CD45R0(＋)、Ki-67(20％左右＋)。诊断：蕈样肉芽肿。
환자，녀，76세。쌍하지출현홍색어점、진행성증다반경미소양반년。조직병리시：표피급진피천층단일핵세포침윤，표피내가견 Pautrier 미농종。면역조화：CD3(＋)、CD4(＋)、CD8(산재＋)、CD45R0(＋)、Ki-67(20％좌우＋)。진단：심양육아종。
A 76-years-old female presented with red petechiae on lower limbs, with slight itching for 6 months. Histopathology showed the mononuclear cells infiltrate in the epidermis and upper dermis. Pautrier’s microabscesses in the epidermis was found. Immunohistochemical stains showed positivities of CD3, CD4, CD45R0, CD8 and Ki-67 (about 20%), and negativities of CD79a and CD20. The diagnosis of mycosis fun-goides was made.
