微藻在FM802、FM902和FM7603种不同型号的安琪酵母浸粉配制的培养基中进行异养生长,培养条件为28℃、200 r/min的摇床中进行暗培养,培养过程中补糖1次,每隔24 h取样20 mL进行分析检测。结果表明:补糖情况下,型号为FM802的酵母浸粉比FM902培养微藻的效果稍好,FM760培养效果稍差;补糖有利于微藻干物质重的增加;在pH值为4.2~5.5的培养基中,微藻仍能快速生长。

미조재FM802、FM902화FM7603충불동형호적안기효모침분배제적배양기중진행이양생장,배양조건위28℃、200 r/min적요상중진행암배양,배양과정중보당1차,매격24 h취양20 mL진행분석검측。결과표명:보당정황하,형호위FM802적효모침분비FM902배양미조적효과초호,FM760배양효과초차;보당유리우미조간물질중적증가;재pH치위4.2~5.5적배양기중,미조잉능쾌속생장。
The heterotrophic microalgae was cultured in the culture medium compounded by FM802 ,FM902 and FM760 three different types of angel yeast extract powders.The culture conditions were temperature 28 ℃and shaker rate 200 r/min of the shaking tables in darkness.In the process of cultivating had a carbohydrate supplement,and sampled 20 mL for analysis every 24 h,the experimental results showed that through carbohydrate supplement,the type for FM802 of yeast extract powder was slightly better than FM902 cultivate microalgae ,the effect of FM760 was a bit poor.Carbohydrate supplement was benefit to increase the dry weight of microalgae.Microalgae still growed quickly when the pH value of culture medium was 4.2~4.5.
