本研究测定了江西省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所与江西新天地药业有限公司兽药研究院合作研制的功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料的蛋白质体外消化率、蛋白质溶解度（即碱溶解蛋白含量）、蛋白质水解度以及寡肽与乳酸的含量，其测定值分别为95.54%、84.01%、21.78%、12.03%与3.03%，表明其具有较好的品质。在实际生产中，为减少工作量，在进行功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料品质评定时建议测定蛋白质水解度。
본연구측정료강서성농업과학원축목수의연구소여강서신천지약업유한공사수약연구원합작연제적공능대두과태단백사료적단백질체외소화솔、단백질용해도（즉감용해단백함량）、단백질수해도이급과태여유산적함량，기측정치분별위95.54%、84.01%、21.78%、12.03%여3.03%，표명기구유교호적품질。재실제생산중，위감소공작량，재진행공능대두과태단백사료품질평정시건의측정단백질수해도。
The protein in vitro digestibility (IVD), protein solubility (PS), oligopeptides (OP), degree of hydrolysis (DH) and lactic acid content in functional soy oligopeptide-protein feeds (FSOPF) jointly developed by institute of animal science, Jiangxi academy of agricultural sciences and veterinary medicine research institute, Jiangxi new world pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were measured. The protein IVD, PS, OP, DH and lactic acid content in FSOPF were 95.54%, 84.01%, 12.03%, 21.78%and 3.03%respectively. It was concluded that the quality of FSOPF was higher. It was suggested that DH was measured to evaluate the quality of FSOPF in actual production in order to reduce the workload.
