目的：探讨蒲元和胃胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月收治的反流性食管炎患者120例，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组60例。观察组采用蒲元和胃胶囊进行治疗，对照组采用六味安消胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果两组患者治疗8周后，观察组的临床症状总有效率为98.33%（59/60），与对照组的86.67%（52/60）相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的胃镜下治疗总有效率为96.67%（58/60），与对照组的88.33%（53/60）相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论蒲元和胃胶囊治疗反流性食管炎能取得较为理想的疗效。
목적：탐토포원화위효낭치료반류성식관염적림상료효。방법선취2012년3월～2014년3월수치적반류성식관염환자120례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조량조，매조60례。관찰조채용포원화위효낭진행치료，대조조채용륙미안소효낭진행치료，비교량조환자치료적총유효솔。결과량조환자치료8주후，관찰조적림상증상총유효솔위98.33%（59/60），여대조조적86.67%（52/60）상비，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자적위경하치료총유효솔위96.67%（58/60），여대조조적88.33%（53/60）상비，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론포원화위효낭치료반류성식관염능취득교위이상적료효。
Objective To investigate and analysis the clinical efficacy of puyuanhewei capsule in treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 120 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were chosen as objects,who were treated in hospital from March 2012 to March 2014. All patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group. The observation group patients were treated with puyuanhewei capsule,while the control group patients were treated with six flavor Anxiao Capsule. The total effective rate were compared between two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical symptoms of observation group was 98.33%(59/60),and 86.67%was in the control group(52/60)group. The difference was with statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%(58/60)under gastroscopy,while the control group was 88.33%(53/60)(P<0.05). Conclusion Puyuanhewei Capsule can achieve good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,which is worthy of clinical use.
