为研究某液压公共试验平台的性能,在EASY5软件环境中建立了其计算机仿真模型,并以装载机工作机构为试验对象,对典型工况的动态性能进行了仿真分析,仿真结果与实测结果基本一致,可实现部分替代试验和超常规试验,研究结果可为各种液压试验系统的设计、改型和参数调整等提供参考。

In order to study the performance of a hydraulic public test platform,its computer simulation model was established in the EASY5 software environment. Moreover,through taking a working mechanism of wheel loader as test object,the dynamic charac-teristics under typical working conditions were simulated with analysis. The simulation results and the measured results are basically in consistent,which can realize the partial substitution test and over-routine test. The research results can provide a reference for the de-sign,modification and parameter adjustment of various hydraulic test systems.
