目的：探讨头颈肿瘤与外科治疗对患者生存质量的影响。方法以2011年6月-2013年6月在该院接受治疗的30例头颈肿瘤患者为研究对象，采用癌症治疗功能评估调查问卷(FACT-H&N)、头颈肿瘤行为状态量表(PSS-HN)对患者进行评估。结果舌癌患者上述两项评分最低，对生存质量的影响最大。喉部分切除术组FACT-H&N评分显著高于喉全切除术组，舌癌不修复组FACT-H&N评分显著高于舌癌修复组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头颈肿瘤患者的生存质量明显降低，但是可以通过手术方式、治疗方案的选择进行干预。
목적：탐토두경종류여외과치료대환자생존질량적영향。방법이2011년6월-2013년6월재해원접수치료적30례두경종류환자위연구대상，채용암증치료공능평고조사문권(FACT-H&N)、두경종류행위상태량표(PSS-HN)대환자진행평고。결과설암환자상술량항평분최저，대생존질량적영향최대。후부분절제술조FACT-H&N평분현저고우후전절제술조，설암불수복조FACT-H&N평분현저고우설암수복조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론두경종류환자적생존질량명현강저，단시가이통과수술방식、치료방안적선택진행간예。
Objective To investigate the influence of head and neck cancer and surgical treatment on the quality of life of the pa-tients.Methods 30 cases of head and neck cancer patients admitted in our hospital from June,2011 to June, 2013 were selected as the subjects. The functional assessment of cancer therapy head and neck (FACT-H&N) and performance status scale for head and neck cancer patients (PSS-HN) were adopted to evaluate the patients.Results The scores of the above two items of patients with tongue cancer were the lowest, and the disease influenced the quality of life of these patients greatest. The FACT-H&N scores of patients underwent partial laryngectomy were much higher than those of the patients underwent total laryngectomy;the FACT-H&N scores of tongue cancer patients without reconstruction were significantly higher than those of tongue cancer patients with reconstruction, all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with head and neck cancer were bad, but it can be improved by selecting treatment regimen and surgical approaches.
