目的：对母婴同室区产妇出院日签发健康教育处方，探讨健康教育处方的应用效果及临床意义。方法把2013年3～6月在我科住院的240例产妇随机均分为试验组及对照组，试验组的产妇进行书面的健康教育处方签发；对照组的产妇出院日实施常规健康教育。42天后，采用复诊、电话问询的方式统计两组患者的母乳喂养率、及时预防接种率、产褥期相关知识知晓率及产妇的满意率。结果试验组产妇的母乳喂养率、及时预防接种率、产褥期相关知识知晓率及产妇的满意率明显高于对照组，差异有显著意义（P＜0.05）。结论及时连贯有效的健康教育处方对促进产妇身体康复和提高产妇的满意度有重要作用，有较大的临床应用价值。
목적：대모영동실구산부출원일첨발건강교육처방，탐토건강교육처방적응용효과급림상의의。방법파2013년3～6월재아과주원적240례산부수궤균분위시험조급대조조，시험조적산부진행서면적건강교육처방첨발；대조조적산부출원일실시상규건강교육。42천후，채용복진、전화문순적방식통계량조환자적모유위양솔、급시예방접충솔、산욕기상관지식지효솔급산부적만의솔。결과시험조산부적모유위양솔、급시예방접충솔、산욕기상관지식지효솔급산부적만의솔명현고우대조조，차이유현저의의（P＜0.05）。결론급시련관유효적건강교육처방대촉진산부신체강복화제고산부적만의도유중요작용，유교대적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education prescription and its clinical significance by providing the health education prescription to puerperas who rooming-in when they discharge. Methods 240 cases hospitalized in our department from March to June are randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the cases in experimental group were provided with the health education prescription and the control group received routine nursing care. 42 days later, The date of breast-feeding rate、immunization rate、the awareness rate of puerperium and the satisfaction rate were colected by folow-up appointment and telephone. Results The breast-feeding rate、immunization rate、the awareness rate of puerperium and the satisfaction rate in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely、coherent and effective health education prescription play an important role in improving the maternal rehabilitation and maternal satisfaction and has a great clinical application value.
