目的：探索生活方式对健康的影响，为制定疾病防控措施提供依据。方法采取随机采样的方法进行入户调查。结果生活方式与慢性病的患病率密切相关。结论居民对生活方式与健康的相关知识掌握不全，自我防护措施意识薄弱，经常吸烟率与饮酒率高于全国水平。建议继续发展和完善各项监测工作，充分发挥职能部门的作用，持续系统的开展健康教育活动，促使人民改变不良的行为方式，采纳健康的生活模式。
목적：탐색생활방식대건강적영향，위제정질병방공조시제공의거。방법채취수궤채양적방법진행입호조사。결과생활방식여만성병적환병솔밀절상관。결론거민대생활방식여건강적상관지식장악불전，자아방호조시의식박약，경상흡연솔여음주솔고우전국수평。건의계속발전화완선각항감측공작，충분발휘직능부문적작용，지속계통적개전건강교육활동，촉사인민개변불량적행위방식，채납건강적생활모식。
Objective To explore the effects of lifestyle on health to provide basis for the development of disease prevention and control measures. Methods Taking the method of random sampling and using the method of questionnaire. Results The ways of life were closely related with the prevalence rate of chronic diseases. Conclusion Residents who had incomplete knowledge on the life style and health were weak in self protection consciousness and were above the national level in the regular smoking rate and drinking rate. So, we must continue to develop and improve the monitoring work, give full play to the role of functional departments,continuous systematically to carry out health education activities, encourage people to change bad behavior, adopt a healthy lifestyle.
