目的:建立香附药材中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色,于505 nm处比色法测定香附中总黄酮的吸光度。结果芦丁在0.0052~0.0515 mg/ml范围内吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9990),平均回收率103.1%, RSD=1.32%。结论本方法稳定,灵敏度高,重复性好,能准确测定香附中总黄酮的含量。

목적:건립향부약재중총황동적함량측정방법。방법이호정위대조품,채용NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH현색,우505 nm처비색법측정향부중총황동적흡광도。결과호정재0.0052~0.0515 mg/ml범위내흡광도여농도선성관계량호(r=0.9990),평균회수솔103.1%, RSD=1.32%。결론본방법은정,령민도고,중복성호,능준학측정향부중총황동적함량。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonois in rhizoma cyperi. Methods Compared with rutin, contents of total flavonoids was determined in the 505 nm wavelength by colorimetry and NaNO2 in-Al (NO3)3-NaOH was adopted to develop color. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0052~0.0515 mg/ml (r=0.9990). The average recovery was 103.1%, RSD was 1.32%. Conclusion The method is stable, highly sensitive, reproducible and thus is a accurate approach for determining flavonoids content in rhizoma cyperi.
