目的：探讨鞘内使用丁胺卡那霉素治疗颅内感染的方法及临床疗效，对15例颅内感染患者采用丁胺卡那霉素80.0mg,每次用生理盐水稀释至5ml，经腰椎穿刺鞘内注射，1次/天，至患者体温及脑脊液中白细胞恢复正常。结果治愈10例，好转4例，死亡1例，病死率6.0%，预后良好率达94%，结论丁胺卡那霉素鞘内注射治疗颅内感染能取得满意疗效。
목적：탐토초내사용정알잡나매소치료로내감염적방법급림상료효，대15례로내감염환자채용정알잡나매소80.0mg,매차용생리염수희석지5ml，경요추천자초내주사，1차/천，지환자체온급뇌척액중백세포회복정상。결과치유10례，호전4례，사망1례，병사솔6.0%，예후량호솔체94%，결론정알잡나매소초내주사치료로내감염능취득만의료효。
