目的：分析神经母细胞瘤不同病例的误诊过程，达到引起临床医师重视。方法采用本组病例回顾性分析，进一步熟悉和掌握本病的不同临床表现，应用现有的检查手段提高临床诊断水平。结果使此类患儿能早期诊断，早期治疗，取得较好的治疗效果，减轻患儿家庭的经济负担。
목적：분석신경모세포류불동병례적오진과정，체도인기림상의사중시。방법채용본조병례회고성분석，진일보숙실화장악본병적불동림상표현，응용현유적검사수단제고림상진단수평。결과사차류환인능조기진단，조기치료，취득교호적치료효과，감경환인가정적경제부담。
Objective: to analyze different cases of misdiagnosis neuroblastoma process, reach to the attention of the clinicians. Methods: cases were retrospectively analyzed, further familiar with and master the different clinical manifestations of the disease, application of the existing inspection means to improve the level of clinical diagnosis. Results: can make the children for early diagnosis, early treatment, obtains the good treatment effect, reduce the economic Burden of family children.
