目的：对严重多发伤时损伤控制骨科治疗的临床疗效进行观察。方法选取从2012年3月到2014年3月收治的40位严重多发伤患者，随机将所有患者分成对照组（20）与观察组（20），将两组患者的PT（血浆凝血酶原时间）、APTT（活化部分凝血活酶时间）、体温、PH值以及死亡概率等进行对比。结果观察组患者死亡概率为5.00%，对照组患者死亡概率为15.00%，观察组明显低于对照组，P＜0.05，其差异有统计学意义。手术以后，在PT、APTT、体温以及PH值方面，两组患者与手术前相比较有明显差异，P＜0.05，其差异有统计学意义。结论对于严重多发伤患者采取损伤控制骨科治疗，疗效理想，能使患者生存概率得到明显提升，具有临床应用价值。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of damage control orthopedics when the severe multiple injuries. Methods: 40 cases of severe multiple injuries patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases). The indicators of PT (prothrombin time), APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time), temperature, PH value and death probability of the two groups were compared. Results: The death probability of the observation group was 5.00%, and control group 15.00%, showing that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05, with statisticaly significant differences. Compared with before the operation, there were significant differences of the PT, APTT, temperature and PH value between the two groups, P<0.05, with statisticaly significant differences. Conclusion:The implementation of damage control orthopedics for the severe multiple injuries can obtain good clinical effects, improve the death probability of patients, with clinical application value.
