目的探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的临床疗效.方法将172例化疗后出现末梢神经炎的乳腺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组86例给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠40 mg,静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组86例给予维生素B6片60 mg,口服,3次/1,两组用药直至化疗结束,并分别进行疗效评定.结果治疗组末梢神经炎的缓解率为80.2％,明显高于对照组(8.1％),组间比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05)结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠可缓解乳腺癌患者化疗后末梢神经炎.
목적 탐토단타액산사기당신경절감지납치료화료후말소신경염적림상료효.방법 장172례화료후출현말소신경염적유선암환자수궤분위량조,치료조86례급여단타액산사기당신경절감지납40 mg,정맥적주,1차/d;대조조86례급여유생소B6편60 mg,구복,3차/1,량조용약직지화료결속,병분별진행료효평정.결과 치료조말소신경염적완해솔위80.2％,명현고우대조조(8.1％),조간비교차이유현저성(P＜0.05)결론 단타액산사기당신경절감지납가완해유선암환자화료후말소신경염.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Monostalotetrahexosylgangliside (GM1) in treatment of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy.Methods 172 cases of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group with 86 cases was treated with GM1,40 mg,intravenous infusion,one time a day,until the end of chemotherapy.Control group with 86 patients was treated with vitamin B6 tablets 60 mg,orally,three times a day,until the end of chemotherapy.Two groups were assessed respectively for efficacy.Results The effect of treatment group (80.2 ％) was obviously better than that of control group (8.1％).The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusions GM1 can relieve peripheral neuritis of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.
