目的：探讨临床治疗结肠炎的方法及效果。方法：选取2011～2013年我院收治的26例结肠炎患者为例，根据随机数字表法原则分组，将其中12例实施常规西药治疗者设为对照组，将14例采取内服与外用药物进行联合救治者设为观察组，评估两组的临床治疗结局，并总结治疗经验。结果：观察组14例患者经治疗后，有显效、有效例数共13例，临床总有效率是92.9%，与对照组的66.7%相对比，差异明显（P＜0.05）。治疗期间观察组未见1例出现不适，而对照组有4例（33.3%）发生不良反应，两组比较差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：为结肠炎患者实施内服与外用药物进行联合救治，能够保证临床疗效，并且具有安全、可靠的特点，是今后临床提高溃疡性结肠炎救治水平的关键，建议进一步普及。
목적：탐토림상치료결장염적방법급효과。방법：선취2011～2013년아원수치적26례결장염환자위례，근거수궤수자표법원칙분조，장기중12례실시상규서약치료자설위대조조，장14례채취내복여외용약물진행연합구치자설위관찰조，평고량조적림상치료결국，병총결치료경험。결과：관찰조14례환자경치료후，유현효、유효례수공13례，림상총유효솔시92.9%，여대조조적66.7%상대비，차이명현（P＜0.05）。치료기간관찰조미견1례출현불괄，이대조조유4례（33.3%）발생불량반응，량조비교차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론：위결장염환자실시내복여외용약물진행연합구치，능구보증림상료효，병차구유안전、가고적특점，시금후림상제고궤양성결장염구치수평적관건，건의진일보보급。
Objective: To investigate the clinical treatment of colitis methods and results. Methods: 2011 ~ 2013 in our hospital 26 cases of colitis patients , for example, the principle of grouping according to the random number table , the implementation of the 12 cases of conventional Western medicine treatment as the control group , the 14 cases of oral and topical drugs taken combined treatment group were set to observe , evaluate clinical outcomes between the two groups , and summarize the treatment experience. Results: The 14 patients after treatment , there is markedly effective cases of 13 cases, the total clinical efficiency is 92.9% and 66.7% in the control group contrast, significant differences (P <0.05). Observed during the treatment group and no one case of discomfort , while the control group, 4 patients ( 33.3% ) adverse reactions , the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of colitis oral treatment with topical joint , to ensure that the clinical efficacy, and have a safe, reliable features, is the key to the future of clinical improve the level of treatment of ulcerative colitis , and recommended further spread.
