目的：探讨Galectin-3、CD44v6在桥本氏甲状腺炎中表达的异同性，从而试解释生物学特性、相互间的关系为本课题研究目的。方法：应用Envision二步免疫组织化学方法检测Galectin-3、CD44在50例桥本氏甲状腺炎中的表达。甲状腺肿瘤旁甲状腺组织作为对照组。Galectin-3在桥本氏甲状腺炎中的阳性表达率为100.00%（50/50），对照组与各组间阳性表达差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。2. C D44V6在桥本氏甲状腺炎中阳性表达率为60.00%（30/50），对照组与各组间阳性表达差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。结论：Galectin-3、CD44V6在桥本氏甲状腺炎的病理鉴别诊断及临床预后的重要生物学标记物。

목적：탐토Galectin-3、CD44v6재교본씨갑상선염중표체적이동성，종이시해석생물학특성、상호간적관계위본과제연구목적。방법：응용Envision이보면역조직화학방법검측Galectin-3、CD44재50례교본씨갑상선염중적표체。갑상선종류방갑상선조직작위대조조。Galectin-3재교본씨갑상선염중적양성표체솔위100.00%（50/50），대조조여각조간양성표체차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。2. C D44V6재교본씨갑상선염중양성표체솔위60.00%（30/50），대조조여각조간양성표체차이유통계학의의（P＜0.001）。결론：Galectin-3、CD44V6재교본씨갑상선염적병리감별진단급림상예후적중요생물학표기물。
Objective: Study the expression of Galectin-3 and CD44v6which similaritiesand differences, distributed feature andheightisin hashimotoss’s of the thyroid. Methods:Envision immunohistological method were used to examine the expression of Galectin-3, CD44v6 and compared among the hashimotos’s thyroiditis(n=50) Results:1) The positive rates of Galectin-3 were100.00%(50/50) for hashimotos’s thyroiditis, respectinvely. hashimotos’s thyroiditis, respectinvely. 2)The positive rates hashimotos’s thyroiditis of Galectin-3 and CD44v6 were 50/50(100.00%)for and be interrelated(r=0.69,P<0.05). Co-expression of Galectin-3 and CD44v6 wil be important for diganosis and survivor hashimotos’s in of the thyroid.
