目的：：探讨缬沙坦治疗对高血压患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法：60例左室舒张功能减低( E/A<1.0)而收缩功能正常原发性高血压患者分别于缬沙坦治疗前和治疗12个月后行超声心动图、脉冲波组织多普勒成像及背向散射积分检查。结果：缬沙坦治疗后E/A 比值明显增高(P<0.01)， E/Ea 比值显著降低( P<0.01)，循环周期变化幅度(CV-IBS)明显增加(P<0.01)。结论：缬沙坦治疗可以改善左室舒张功能减低高血压患者的心脏功能。
목적：：탐토힐사탄치료대고혈압환자좌실서장공능적영향。방법：60례좌실서장공능감저( E/A<1.0)이수축공능정상원발성고혈압환자분별우힐사탄치료전화치료12개월후행초성심동도、맥충파조직다보륵성상급배향산사적분검사。결과：힐사탄치료후E/A 비치명현증고(P<0.01)， E/Ea 비치현저강저( P<0.01)，순배주기변화폭도(CV-IBS)명현증가(P<0.01)。결론：힐사탄치료가이개선좌실서장공능감저고혈압환자적심장공능。
Objective:To explore the influence of valsartan for cardiac function of patients with hypertension combined with diastolic function diminution of left ventricle. Methods: 60 patients with hypertension combined with diastolic function diminution( E/A<1.0) but systolic function normal of left ventricle were examined by ultrasound cardiogram、p ulse tissue doppler imaging and integral of backscatter before the treatment with valsartan and after the treatment for twelve months.Results:T he E/A and CV-IBS increased obviously(P <0.01)and the E/Ea decreased obviously(P<0.01) after the treatment with valsartan. Conclusion: Valsartan can improve cardiac function of patients with hypertension combined with diastolic function diminution of left ventricle.
