社会不断的进步，人口也日渐老龄化，老年疾病的日益增多，老年人不完全性肠梗阻是目前临床常见疾病，他的病因复杂，病情多变，使病人饱受病痛折磨，特别是老年病人，由于长期卧床及饮食习惯的改变，同时合并多种疾病、自理能力差、行动不便、知识水平有限接受能力差等、所以不能很好的配合治疗，使治疗感到棘手和困惑。本文针对我科8例老年患者长期卧床而引起不完全性肠梗阻保守治疗的护理，经悉心护理，本组8例患者均治愈。

Along with society's progress, the population aging, day-by-day increase which old age il ness gets sick, the senior citizen not complete intestinal obstruction is the present clinical common il ness sickness, his cause of disease is complex,the condition was changeable, causes the patient to ful y suffer the indisposition to suffer, special y old age patient, because the long-term bed and food habit's change, simultaneously merged many kinds of il ness to get sick, to take care of oneself ability difference,to move about with difficulty, the state-of-art to accept ability inferiorly limitedly, therefore could not the very good coordinate treatment, make the treatment to feel that was thorny and is puzzled. This article causes not complete intestinal obstruction conservative treatment nursing in view of my branch 8 example old age patient long-term bed,after nurses devotedly,this group of 8 example patient cures.
