强直性脊柱炎（AS）合并急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）临床较为少见，两者之间的关系尚不明确，该文报道了1例 AS 合并急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者的临床诊治经过。该例患者以关节疼痛起病，随后确诊为 APL，最初考虑关节疼痛为 APL 导致，但随着 APL 的治疗好转，患者关节疼痛的症状仍未改善，根据患者临床表现及双侧骶髂关节 CT 改变，确诊为 AS 合并 APL。该例提示，AS 容易被白血病的症状所掩盖，导致漏诊，临床医师应予警惕。

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS)complicated with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL)is rarely seen in clinical settings.The relationship between these two diseases remains elusive.In this clinical tri-al,the diagnosis and treatment of one case of AS complicated with APL was reported.Initially,the patient presented with joint pain and was subsequently diagnosed with APL.It was firstly considered that the joint pain was induced by APL,whereas the symptom of joint pain was not improved along with the alleviation of APL.Based upon clinical manifestations and changes in bilateral sacroiliac joint revealed by CT scans,the patient was eventually diagnosed with AS complicated with APL.This case hinted that AS is likely to be misdiagnosed by the symptoms of leukemia.Hence,physician should attach more importance to such cases.
