从发展规模、经济基础、需求规模、系统投入和网络信息化五个角度，构建了快递物流发展水平评价指标体系，建立了基于主成分分析和聚类分析的快递物流发展水平综合评价模型，对我国快递物流综合发展水平做了全面深入的评价，揭示了我国快递物流发展中存在的不足，指出了今后我国快递物流发展的努力方向。

This paper has constructed the evaluation system of the comprehensive development level of express logistics from five respects what are the scale of development, economic base, the scale of demand, system into and information network. And build a comprehensive evaluation model of the development level of express logistics based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Furthermore it has did a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive development level of China's ex-press logistics, and revealed China's express logistics' lack in its development. At last, it has pointed out the direction for the fu-ture development of China's express logistics.
