目的：研究氨曲南治疗肿瘤患者下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选择340例出现下呼吸道感染的肿瘤患者，将其分为2组。观察组运用氨曲南进行治疗，对照组运用头孢他啶进行治疗，比较2组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的有效率为87．06％，细菌清除率为92．54％；对照组患者的有效率为83．35％，细菌清除率为86．76％。2组细菌清除率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＞0．05）。观察组下呼吸道感染的临床有效率及细菌清除率比对照组好，但是对照组的经济成本优于观察组。结论肿瘤患者同时合并下呼吸道感染时，运用氨曲南实施治疗的临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广使用。
목적：연구안곡남치료종류환자하호흡도감염적림상효과。방법선택340례출현하호흡도감염적종류환자，장기분위2조。관찰조운용안곡남진행치료，대조조운용두포타정진행치료，비교2조환자적림상효과。결과관찰조환자적유효솔위87．06％，세균청제솔위92．54％；대조조환자적유효솔위83．35％，세균청제솔위86．76％。2조세균청제솔비교，차이유통계학의의（P＞0．05）。관찰조하호흡도감염적림상유효솔급세균청제솔비대조조호，단시대조조적경제성본우우관찰조。결론종류환자동시합병하호흡도감염시，운용안곡남실시치료적림상효과현저，치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective To study application value of Aztreonam in lower respiratory tract infection of cancer patients . Methods 340 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in cancer patients were divided into 2 groups.The observation group were treated with astronomy ,the control group received ceftazidime ,and clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared .Results The effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the observation group were 87.06% and 92.54%;the effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the control group were 83.35%and 86.76%.Bacterial clearance rate between the 2 groups had statistical differ-ence (P>0.05).The effective rate and bacterial clearance rate in the observation group were better than those of the control group,but the economic cost of the control group was less than that of the observation group .Conclusion Aztreonam has signifi-cant clinical effects for cancer combined with lower respiratory tract infection ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
