目的：探究异体输血对围术期肺部恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能的影响。方法对130例肺癌患者围手术期的凝血、纤溶功能相关指标水平进行检测，并纳入100例肺部良性病变患者作为对照组，分析异体输血对凝血功能的影响。结果肿瘤分期Ⅰ／Ⅱ期患者、Ⅲ／Ⅲ期患者的凝血、纤溶功能相关指标水平与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；围手术期输血患者、未输血患者的凝血、纤溶功能相关指标水平与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；多因素回归分析显示，肿瘤分期、围手术期输血是影响凝血、纤溶功能相关指标水平变化的显著因素（P＜0．05）。结论围手术期肺癌患者存在明显的凝血功能异常，与是否异体输血密切相关，应引起临床重视。
목적：탐구이체수혈대위술기폐부악성종류환자응혈공능적영향。방법대130례폐암환자위수술기적응혈、섬용공능상관지표수평진행검측，병납입100례폐부량성병변환자작위대조조，분석이체수혈대응혈공능적영향。결과종류분기Ⅰ／Ⅱ기환자、Ⅲ／Ⅲ기환자적응혈、섬용공능상관지표수평여대조조상비，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；위수술기수혈환자、미수혈환자적응혈、섬용공능상관지표수평여대조조상비，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；다인소회귀분석현시，종류분기、위수술기수혈시영향응혈、섬용공능상관지표수평변화적현저인소（P＜0．05）。결론위수술기폐암환자존재명현적응혈공능이상，여시부이체수혈밀절상관，응인기림상중시。
Objective To investigate the influence of allogeneic transfusion on coagulation function of patients with pul -monary malignant tumor in perioperative period .Methods The levels of coagulation index and fibrinolytic function index of 130 patients with pulmonary malignant tumor in perioperative period were measured ,and 100 patients with lung benign lesions were in-cluded as the control group ,the influence of allogeneic transfusion on oagulation function was analyzed .Results The differences in the levels of coagulation index and fibrinolytic function index between stageⅠ/Ⅱ,stageⅢ/Ⅲcancer patients and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the levels of coagulation index and fibrinolytic function index be -tween patients with and without allogeneic transfusion in perioperative period and the control group were statistically significant ( P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that tumor stage and blood transfusion in perioperative period were the notable factors af -fecting the levels of coagulation index and fibrinolytic function index (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pulmonary malignant tumor in perioperative period have obvious coagulation dysfunction ,it is closely related to allogeneic transfusion ,and it should be paid attention in clinical .
