目的：探讨乳管内视镜对伴乳头溢液乳腺癌的临床诊断价值。方法对70例伴乳头溢液乳腺癌患者，分别应用乳管内视镜以及乳腺X射线进行检查，并与病理检查结果进行对照。结果乳管内视镜诊断的符合率为94．3％，乳腺X射线检查的符合率为61．4％，两者比较差异显著（P＜0．01）。结论乳管内视镜对伴乳头溢液乳腺癌的诊断，与组织病理学检查的诊断具有较高的符合率，能够为其临床早期诊断提供可靠信息，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토유관내시경대반유두일액유선암적림상진단개치。방법대70례반유두일액유선암환자，분별응용유관내시경이급유선X사선진행검사，병여병리검사결과진행대조。결과유관내시경진단적부합솔위94．3％，유선X사선검사적부합솔위61．4％，량자비교차이현저（P＜0．01）。결론유관내시경대반유두일액유선암적진단，여조직병이학검사적진단구유교고적부합솔，능구위기림상조기진단제공가고신식，치득추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of breast duct endoscopy in breast cancer with nipple discharge.Methods 70 patients of breast cancer with nipple discharge were collected .The patients respectively received breast duct endoscopy and breast X-rays,and the inspection results were compared with pathological examination .Results The compli-ance rate of breast duct endoscopy diagnosis was 94.3%,and the compliance rate of breast X-ray examination was 61.4%,the difference was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Breast duct endoscopy in the diagnosis of breast cancer with nipple discharge has a high compliance rate with histopathologic diagnosis ,it can provide reliable information on early diagnosis ,and it is worthy of application .
