目的：研究TBX3基因在不同分子亚型的乳腺癌中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组化方法，检测乳腺癌、乳腺良性肿瘤和癌旁组织标本中TBX3的表达。结果乳腺癌中TBX3表达率明显高于良性肿瘤和癌旁组织（分别为75．49％、45．55％、30．00％，P均＜0．05）；中晚期乳腺癌TBX3阳性表达率明显高于早期乳腺癌（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳腺癌其阳性表达率分别为64．44％、90．32％、85．00％，P＜0．05）； ER阳性者TBX3表达率高于ER 阴性者（分别为82．86％、59．38％，P＜0．05）；Ki-67高表达者TBX3表达率高于低表达者（分别为86．79％、63．27％，P＜0．05）；Basal-like型TBX3阳性表达率最低（36．36％）；luminal A型、luminal B型、Her-2阳性型分别为82．50％、81．82％、72．22％。结论 TBX3基因可能是乳腺癌的基因靶点；TBX3可作为luminal型乳腺癌恶性标志物之一。
목적：연구TBX3기인재불동분자아형적유선암중적표체정황。방법채용면역조화방법，검측유선암、유선량성종류화암방조직표본중TBX3적표체。결과유선암중TBX3표체솔명현고우량성종류화암방조직（분별위75．49％、45．55％、30．00％，P균＜0．05）；중만기유선암TBX3양성표체솔명현고우조기유선암（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ기유선암기양성표체솔분별위64．44％、90．32％、85．00％，P＜0．05）； ER양성자TBX3표체솔고우ER 음성자（분별위82．86％、59．38％，P＜0．05）；Ki-67고표체자TBX3표체솔고우저표체자（분별위86．79％、63．27％，P＜0．05）；Basal-like형TBX3양성표체솔최저（36．36％）；luminal A형、luminal B형、Her-2양성형분별위82．50％、81．82％、72．22％。결론 TBX3기인가능시유선암적기인파점；TBX3가작위luminal형유선암악성표지물지일。
Objective To study the expression of TBX 3 gene in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer .Methods The expression of TBX3 in breast cancer ,benign breast tumor and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemis -try.Results The expression of TBX3 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that of benign breast tumor and negative tumor edge tissue(Positive rates were 75.49%、45.55%,30.00%,respectively,P<0.05);The expression of TBX3 in advanced breast cancer was significantly higher than that of early breast cancer ( Positive rates in Phase Ⅰ、 Ⅱ、Ⅲ breast cancer were 64.44%、90.32%、85.00%,respectively,P<0.05);The expression of TBX3 in ER-positive breast cancer patients was higher than that of ER-negative patients (Positive rates were 82.86%、59.38%,P<0.05);The expression of TBX3 in KI-67 over ex-pression breast cancer patients was higher than that of Ki-67 low expression breast cancer patients (Positive rates were 86.79%、63.27%,P<0.05);The expression of TBX3 in Basal-like subtype was the lowest in 4 kinds of molecular subtypes breast cancer patients(36.36%).The expression of TBX3 in luminal A、luminal B、Her-2 positive subtypes were 82.50%、81.82% and 72.22%.Conclusion TBX3 may be one of the target genes of breast cancer ,and it can be used as one of the malignant biomar-kers of luminal subtype breast cancer .
