数十年来，福建省利用FDI呈现出稳健增长的态势，外商投资规模不断扩大，但是省内各地区利用FDI的情况则极不平衡。通过对影响福建省FDI区位选择的各因素进行实证分析，发现影响FDI区位选择的因素主要有开放因素、人口因素，从而提出了发展外向型经济、合理利用劳动力资源、制定合理的引资策略等建议。

For decades,the utilization of FDI in Fujian province shows a tendency of steady growth. The scale of for-eign investment expands unceasingly, but the regions are in an extremely unbalanced status in terms of FDI utilization. Through an empirical analysis about the influential factors involved in location selection for FDI in Fujian province, it is found that those factors have much to do with degree of openness and the size of population. In this circumstance,proposals are put forward like developing export-orientated economy,reasonably using labor resources,and formulating a sensible strat-egy to attrac FDI.
