目的：分析儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜( itP)不同治疗方案的疗效。方法分析2002年1月至2011年12月我科住院急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿86例，分别给予口服激素、激素冲击、激素及免疫球蛋白联合冲击等4种不同治疗方法，并分析其疗效与相关不良反应发生情况。结果4种给药方法疗效比较，差异无显著性（χ2=0.056， P>0.05）。治疗后3天、7天和4周，血小板数上升水平不尽相同，但治疗后12周，血小板数差异无显著性（H=0.738， P>0.05）。结论激素及免疫球蛋白联合冲击治疗组近期治疗效果明显好于其他两组,显示出起效快、有效率高的特点，远期疗效相当。
목적：분석인동급성특발성혈소판감소성자전( itP)불동치료방안적료효。방법분석2002년1월지2011년12월아과주원급성특발성혈소판감소성자전환인86례，분별급여구복격소、격소충격、격소급면역구단백연합충격등4충불동치료방법，병분석기료효여상관불량반응발생정황。결과4충급약방법료효비교，차이무현저성（χ2=0.056， P>0.05）。치료후3천、7천화4주，혈소판수상승수평불진상동，단치료후12주，혈소판수차이무현저성（H=0.738， P>0.05）。결론격소급면역구단백연합충격치료조근기치료효과명현호우기타량조,현시출기효쾌、유효솔고적특점，원기료효상당。
Objective to explore the efficiency of different therapy in pediatric patients with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(itP).Methods data of 86 pediatric patients with acute itP who had admitted to our hospital from January , 2002 to decembe-r, 2011 were analyzed. four different treatment methods were used in oral corticosteroid, steroid pluse and steroid and immunoglobulin combined pluse therapy,then analyzed their curative effect and the related adverse reactions.Results the total effective rate was no significant difference(χ2=0.056, P>0.05). 3 days,7 days and 4 weeks after treatment, the levels of platelet count increased vary, but 12 weeks after treatment, there was no signiifcant difference(H=0.738, P>0.05). Conclusion the combined method could reach the better effect than other groups rapidly and effectively for the near term,but analogical for the long time.
