目的：探讨护理干预对老年性脑梗塞患者的康复影响。方法选取我科收治的老年性脑梗塞的患者60例进行分析讨论，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组患者在实施常规护理措施的基础上给予实施康复护理干预措施，比较护理后两组患者的生活质量情况。结果观察组患者实施有效的康复护理干预措施后患者的临床效果明显优于对照组，经比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论对于脑梗塞偏瘫的患者实施有效的康复护理干预措施能够明显的提高患者的临床治疗效果，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토호리간예대노년성뇌경새환자적강복영향。방법선취아과수치적노년성뇌경새적환자60례진행분석토론，수궤장기분위관찰조여대조조，대조조환자실시상규적호리조시，관찰조환자재실시상규호리조시적기출상급여실시강복호리간예조시，비교호리후량조환자적생활질량정황。결과관찰조환자실시유효적강복호리간예조시후환자적림상효과명현우우대조조，경비교차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론대우뇌경새편탄적환자실시유효적강복호리간예조시능구명현적제고환자적림상치료효과，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective to explore the influence of nursing intervention on patients with senile cerebral infarction rehabilitation. Methods 60 patients were selected from department of senile cerebral infarction were analyzed and discussed, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group with routine nursing measures, the patients in observation group based on routine nursing care measures for implementation of the rehabilitation nursing intervention, two groups of patients quality of life comparison of nursing. Results to observe the rehabilitation nursing intervention group patients after effective control is superior to clinical outcome in patients with group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion the rehabilitation nursing intervention measures can effectively improve the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia effect for patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
