目的：探讨奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年12月本院收治的急性上消化道出血病例170例，随机分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组85例病例采用奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗；对照组85例病例选用奥曲肽单独使用治疗急性上消化道出血。对比分析两组疗效。结果观察组疗效无论在止血时间、输血量、住院时间及总有效率（90.59%）均优于对照组（74.12%），具有统计学差异性意义（χ2=16.21，P＜0.05）。结论奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血疗效显著、副作用少，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토오곡태연합오미랍서치료급성상소화도출혈료효。방법회고성분석2009년1월지2012년12월본원수치적급성상소화도출혈병례170례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，기중관찰조85례병례채용오곡태연합오미랍서치료；대조조85례병례선용오곡태단독사용치료급성상소화도출혈。대비분석량조료효。결과관찰조료효무론재지혈시간、수혈량、주원시간급총유효솔（90.59%）균우우대조조（74.12%），구유통계학차이성의의（χ2=16.21，P＜0.05）。결론오곡태연합오미랍서치료급성상소화도출혈료효현저、부작용소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective to explore the curative effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods retrospective analysis of 2009 January to 2012 december in our hospital were acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage 170 cases, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group of 85 cases treated with octreotide plus omeprazole treatment;control group of 85 cases with octreotide alone in treatment of acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage. comparative analysis of two groups of curative effect. Results the observation group curative effect in the bleeding time, blood transfusion amount, length of hospital stay and the total effective rate (90.59%) were better than the control group (74.12%), with statistical signiifcance difference (χ2=16.21, P<0.05). Conclusion the octreotide combined omeprazole in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage curative effect is distinct, less side effects, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
