目的:通过建立不同术式子宫切除的动物模型,探讨不同范围子宫切除术对卵巢细胞的影响,为临床选择提供恰当的术式。方法将15只成年雌性同龄新西兰兔,随机分为全子宫切除组、三角形子宫切除组和对照组,每组5只。行不同范围子宫切除术,4个月取材,流式细胞仪检测卵巢细胞凋亡率,光镜下观察卵巢组织及卵泡发育情况。结果三角形子宫切出组与对照组卵巢组织及卵泡发育无明显变化,子宫全切组卵巢细胞凋亡率、卵巢组织卵泡发育退化显著( P <0.05)。结论三角形子宫切除术对卵巢的不良影响优于子宫全切组。

목적:통과건립불동술식자궁절제적동물모형,탐토불동범위자궁절제술대란소세포적영향,위림상선택제공흡당적술식。방법장15지성년자성동령신서란토,수궤분위전자궁절제조、삼각형자궁절제조화대조조,매조5지。행불동범위자궁절제술,4개월취재,류식세포의검측란소세포조망솔,광경하관찰란소조직급란포발육정황。결과삼각형자궁절출조여대조조란소조직급란포발육무명현변화,자궁전절조란소세포조망솔、란소조직란포발육퇴화현저( P <0.05)。결론삼각형자궁절제술대란소적불량영향우우자궁전절조。
Objective Through the establishment of animal model of different operative methods of hysterectomy ,to investigate the impact of different range hysterectomy on ovarian cells in order to provide proper operative methods for clinical choice.Methods The 15 adult female New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:whole hysterectomy group,triangularis hysterectomy group ,control group,with 5 rabbits in each group.After 4 months,the specimens of ovary tissue were obtained , ovarian cell apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry and the developmental condition of ovarian tissue and follicles was observed under light microscope .Results There was no significant difference in the developmental condition of ovarian tissue and follicles between triangularis hysterectomy group and control group ,however,the total number of ovarian follicle in ovarian cortex in whole hysterectomy group was obviously decreased ,and growing follicle at different levels was decreased ,especially mature follicle , so was corpus luteum quantity .There was a significant difference in ovarian cell apoptosis rate between whole hysterectomy group and triangularis hysterectomy group as well as control group ( P <0.05). However there was no significant difference in ovarian cell apoptosis rate between triangularis hysterectomy group and control group ( P >0 .05 ) .Conclusion Triangle hysterectomy is superior to whole hysterectomy , for the former has less adverse effects on ovary than the latter has .
