目的：探讨重性抑郁症患者经氟西汀治疗6周后生存质量的改善情况及其影响因素。方法：收集重性抑郁症患者及正常对照各100例，病例组统一口服氟西汀20～40 m g／d治疗，用药时间为6周，治疗前后进行HAMD-17、SF-36、TESS等相关量表的评估；正常对照组仅进行量表评定。结果：病例组治疗前后其生存质量显著低于正常对照组，治疗6周后病例组生存质量明显改善，SF-36各因子分显著增高，HAMD减分率与生活质量的改善情况呈正相关，同时药物不良反应对生活质量也有一定的影响，有不良反应患者PF和V T因子分显著低于无不良反应患者。结论：重性抑郁症患者生存质量显著下降，即使有效治疗6周后仍不能使其生活质量恢复到正常人群水平。患者生存质量的改善与临床疗效呈一定正相关，同时也受药物不良反应及其他因素的影响。
목적：탐토중성억욱증환자경불서정치료6주후생존질량적개선정황급기영향인소。방법：수집중성억욱증환자급정상대조각100례，병례조통일구복불서정20～40 m g／d치료，용약시간위6주，치료전후진행HAMD-17、SF-36、TESS등상관량표적평고；정상대조조부진행량표평정。결과：병례조치료전후기생존질량현저저우정상대조조，치료6주후병례조생존질량명현개선，SF-36각인자분현저증고，HAMD감분솔여생활질량적개선정황정정상관，동시약물불량반응대생활질량야유일정적영향，유불량반응환자PF화V T인자분현저저우무불량반응환자。결론：중성억욱증환자생존질량현저하강，즉사유효치료6주후잉불능사기생활질량회복도정상인군수평。환자생존질량적개선여림상료효정일정정상관，동시야수약물불량반응급기타인소적영향。
Objective:To investigate the life quality improvement and infect factors of major depression patients after six weeks treatment of fluoxetine .Methods :100 major depressive patients and 100 healthy controls were selected in this study .All patients were accepted six-week therapies of fluoxetine (20~40mg/d) and assessed with HAMD ,SF-36 and TESS before and after therapy .Healthy controls were assessed with above scales .Results :Life qualities of patients were significantly lower than those in normal group either before or after treatment .Six-week treatment later ,each factor score of SF-36 has a significant difference compared with the score before therapy . There was a certain direct correlation between HAMD reductive ratio and life quality .In addition ,side reactions were also influence the life quality .The scores of PF and VT in side reactions group were lower than those in group without side reactions .Conclusion :Life quality of major depression decrease significantly .Fluoxetine can improve life quality of patients notably in six weeks ,but can not reach the normal level in short term .There is a certain posi-tive correlation between the effect of fluoxetine and improvement of life quality in patients .Meanwhile life quality is also influenced by other factors such as side reactions of drug and so on .
