根据多年观测结果,应用泥沙运动力学原理,对三义寨引黄灌区沉沙条渠泥沙淤积分布规律进行分析,提出缩短条渠、沉沙区下移、变池为渠等工程措施,最大限度利用剩余堆沙空间,延长条渠使用年限;采用引黄灌区现有泥沙制品、泥沙农田化科研成果,实施泥沙利用项目,加强堆沙高地风沙灾害控制与治理,实现沉沙条渠长久可持续运行。根据研究成果,三义寨灌区沉沙条渠使用年限至少可延长15 a。

근거다년관측결과,응용니사운동역학원리,대삼의채인황관구침사조거니사어적분포규률진행분석,제출축단조거、침사구하이、변지위거등공정조시,최대한도이용잉여퇴사공간,연장조거사용년한;채용인황관구현유니사제품、니사농전화과연성과,실시니사이용항목,가강퇴사고지풍사재해공제여치리,실현침사조거장구가지속운행。근거연구성과,삼의채관구침사조거사용년한지소가연장15 a。
According to the years of observation results,this paper applied mechanics theory of sediment movement to analyze the distribution rules of sediment deposition of desilting canal in Sanyizhai Yellow River irrigation area. It put forward to shorten the canal,move downward the desilting area,change pool to canal and other engineering measures,maximize the use of remaining sand heap space and extend the service life of the long canal;adopting the existing scientific research achievements of sediment products and shift sediment to farmland,to develop and implement the pro-ject of sediment utilization,to strengthen the control and governance of wind sand disaster of sand heap hills,and to achieve long-term sustainable operation of the desilting canal. According to the research results,the service life of the Sanyizhai irrigation area can be extended at least to 15 years.
