为解决大石门水电站峡谷河道工程布置困难问题,采用了竖井式溢洪道泄洪,并在竖井底部设消力井进行一级消能,以简化洞外消能工。工程布置采用加大溢洪道竖井直径,并以突然扩大断面的形式与进水喇叭口末端连接,利用通气管向突扩断面大量补气,使水体与井壁之间形成气幕,水流以脱离井壁的方式下泄,增加掺气,减轻空蚀破坏;将下游泄洪洞的城门洞形断面向上游旋转90o,形成断面形式为城门洞形消力井,这种断面形式不同于传统的圆形消力井,不仅简化了施工,而且有利于水流扩散,有效提高了消能效率。经模型试验验证,这种脱壁流竖井式溢洪道形体设计及参数符合设计要求,用于工程后,较好地解决了峡谷河道施工导流和总体布置的干扰问题。

A shaft spillway was used in the Dashimen Hydropower Station in order to deal with the layout of project due to the diversion in gorge. As primary energy dissipater,the water cushion pit was set on the bottom of the shaft,so the energy dissipater outside diversion tunnel was cut down. During the model test,a sudden enlargement section was set between the shaft inlet and the well casing,with the enlarged diameter,for via-ble air entrainment and prevention of cavitations erosion to shaft wall. In addition,the circular profile of water cushion pit was changed for horse-shoe section like the diversion tunnel. As the results,the change not only simplifies the construction,but also favorable for flow diffusion,increas-ing the energy dissipation efficiency. It is shown by the model test that the size and the type of the shaft are suited to the project. The inconsistency between construction diversion in gorge and the overall plan has been fairly solved.
