针对新建矿回采巷道维护难的问题,结合新建矿的实际情况将回采巷道顶板视为薄板结构,对破坏机理进行了力学分析并制定了预应力锚杆加金属网联合支护方案,实施后顶板下沉量为59 mm,与巷道高度之比为2%,两帮总移近量为222 mm,与巷道掘进跨度之比为6%,位移范围合理。结果表明:该支护方法工艺简单且能有效控制围岩变形,保证了矿井的安全高效生产。
針對新建礦迴採巷道維護難的問題,結閤新建礦的實際情況將迴採巷道頂闆視為薄闆結構,對破壞機理進行瞭力學分析併製定瞭預應力錨桿加金屬網聯閤支護方案,實施後頂闆下沉量為59 mm,與巷道高度之比為2%,兩幫總移近量為222 mm,與巷道掘進跨度之比為6%,位移範圍閤理。結果錶明:該支護方法工藝簡單且能有效控製圍巖變形,保證瞭礦井的安全高效生產。

According to extraction roadway maintenance difficult problem,combined with the actual situation of new mineral extraction roadway roof as thin plate structure in Xinjian Coal Mine,the mechanics analysis of failure mechanism and combination supporting scheme formulated the prestressed bolt with wire mesh,the roof subsidence after implementation is 59 mm,and the height of roadway ra-tio is 2%,the two nearer total amount is 222 mm,the roadway drivage span ratio is 6%,the displacement range is reasonable. Results show that the support method process is simple,and it can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,guarantee the safe and efficient production of mine.
