为研究变压膨胀灭虫控制系统受外界压力扰动时的压力控制效果,以额定功率为4.3KW的2HB720-HH37型高压旋涡气泵的工作原理为基础,建立了该型号高压气泵的数学模型;基于自适应模糊反推滑模鲁棒性强的优点,提出了采用萤火虫-细菌觅食(GSO-BFA)融合算法优化滑模控制器参数的储粮灭虫变压控制方案。仿真结果表明,相比采用模糊PID优化的变压控制系统,采用GSO-BFA算法优化的自适应模糊反推变压控制系统可以在外界压力存在较大扰动的工况下实现灭虫变压控制,且对跳变压力的跟踪响应较为灵敏,鲁棒性佳。

Basedon the principleofhigh pressure spiral pump whose model number is 2HB720-HH37 rated at 4.3KW,a mathematical modelofhigh pressure pump was established for the studyof pressure control efficiency when the variable pressure-expansion insect extermination system is influenced by pressure disturbanceoutside.The variable pressurecontrol schemeof insect extermination forcereal storage,which adopts the fusion algorithmsof glowworm swarmoptimization and bacterial foraging algorithm(GSO-BFA) tooptimize the parametersof sliding modecontroller,was proposed with the robust advantagesof adaptive fuzzy back-stepping sliding modecontrol.Simulation results illustrate that the variable pressurecontrol systemoptimized byGSO-BFA is more responsive to variable pressure and boastsof robustcharacteristics to large disturbanceoutsidecompared to fuzzyPIDcontrol.
