1H-MRS(氢质子磁共振波谱)是一种无损伤性研究人体正常或病理组织代谢、生化改变及化合物定量分析的方法,其特异性较强,在脑肿瘤,尤其是脑胶质瘤中的应用越来越广泛。现就1H-MRS的技术原理及其在胶质瘤的诊断、分级、评估预后及疗效观察等方面的应用进行综述,归纳出1H-MRS在胶质瘤中的应用价值。
1H-MRS(氫質子磁共振波譜)是一種無損傷性研究人體正常或病理組織代謝、生化改變及化閤物定量分析的方法,其特異性較彊,在腦腫瘤,尤其是腦膠質瘤中的應用越來越廣汎。現就1H-MRS的技術原理及其在膠質瘤的診斷、分級、評估預後及療效觀察等方麵的應用進行綜述,歸納齣1H-MRS在膠質瘤中的應用價值。

Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS)is a non-invasive study of human normal or pathological tissue metabolism, biochemical changes and compounds quantitative analysis method, and its specificity is strong, especial y in glioma brain tumors is widely applied .And provide useful image information for evaluating biologic classification of glioma and regulating reasonable treatment principles. Hereby 1H-MRS technology and its application in diagnosis, glioma grading, prognostic and therapeutic and other applications were reviewed , summarized 1H-MRS in glioma application value.
