目的探讨婴儿重症肺炎合并低钠血症的原因和临床表现。方法对2011年2月~2013年5月收治的103例重症肺炎患儿进行血钠检测分析。结果103例重症肺炎患儿中低钠血症19例(18.4%)，其中，年龄1~3个月17例(17/19，89.5%)，治愈好转17例，自动出院2例。结论重症肺炎并低钠血症的临床表现缺乏特异性，小婴儿更易发生低血钠，故应重视监测血钠水平，以提高重症肺炎的抢救成功率。
목적탐토영인중증폐염합병저납혈증적원인화림상표현。방법대2011년2월~2013년5월수치적103례중증폐염환인진행혈납검측분석。결과103례중증폐염환인중저납혈증19례(18.4%)，기중，년령1~3개월17례(17/19，89.5%)，치유호전17례，자동출원2례。결론중증폐염병저납혈증적림상표현결핍특이성，소영인경역발생저혈납，고응중시감측혈납수평，이제고중증폐염적창구성공솔。
Objective To explore the causes and clinical manifestations of severe pneumonia with hyponatremia in infants. Methods 103 children with severe pneumonia were detected with serum sodium analysis from February 2011 to May 2013. Results 19 cases (18.4%) with low sodium levels were detected in 103 children of severe pneumonia. Among the 19 cases, 1 to 3 months infants were 17 cases. 17 infants were cured and 2 infants left hospital without cure. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of severe pneumonia with hyponatremia is short of specificity. Low serum sodium is more likely to happen in infants. Therefore, should pay at ention to monitoring serum sodium levels in order to increase the rescue success rate of severe pneumonia.
