目的探讨分析耻骨后前列腺癌根治术的护理方法，总结临床护理经验。方法回顾性分析本科室2011年5月~2013年12月收治的34例耻骨后前列腺癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果通过对行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术患者围手术期采取全面的护理措施，34例前列腺癌患者手术均获成功，无手术并发症发生。结论对耻骨后前列腺癌根治术患者采取积极有效的围术期护理措施，可以有效降低并发症的发生率，缩短住院时间，提高前列腺癌患者的生存质量。
목적탐토분석치골후전렬선암근치술적호리방법，총결림상호리경험。방법회고성분석본과실2011년5월~2013년12월수치적34례치골후전렬선암근치술환자적림상자료。결과통과대행치골후전렬선암근치술환자위수술기채취전면적호리조시，34례전렬선암환자수술균획성공，무수술병발증발생。결론대치골후전렬선암근치술환자채취적겁유효적위술기호리조시，가이유효강저병발증적발생솔，축단주원시간，제고전렬선암환자적생존질량。
Objective To explore the nursing methods of radical retropubic prostatectomy, summarize the clinical nursing experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2011 May to 2013 December our department treated 34 cases of radical retropubic prostatectomy in patients with clinical data. Results On the basis of retropubic radical prostatectomy for the nursing measures for patients with ful of peri operation period, 34 cases of prostate cancer operation were successful, no operation complication. Conclusion To adopt ef ective perioperative care measures for radical retropubic prostatectomy patients, can ef ectively reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the quality of life of patients with prostate cancer.
