目的分析肩锁关节周围骨折脱位并探讨其合理的治疗方法。方法根据肩锁关节周围骨折脱位骨结构是否移位分为玉、域两型，域型根据移位程度又分为域a、域b两个亚型。采用自行设计的特殊体位下闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定术治疗16例域b型患者。结果14例急性损伤疗效优良，2例陈旧性损伤疗效差。结论域b型应积极采用有效方法恢复肩锁关节及周围的正常解剖结构和功能；特殊体位下闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定术是一种合理、有效且操作简单的方法。

목적분석견쇄관절주위골절탈위병탐토기합리적치료방법。방법근거견쇄관절주위골절탈위골결구시부이위분위옥、역량형，역형근거이위정도우분위역a、역b량개아형。채용자행설계적특수체위하폐합복위경피극씨침내고정술치료16례역b형환자。결과14례급성손상료효우량，2례진구성손상료효차。결론역b형응적겁채용유효방법회복견쇄관절급주위적정상해부결구화공능；특수체위하폐합복위경피극씨침내고정술시일충합리、유효차조작간단적방법。
Objective Around the analysis of acromioclavicular joint fracture dislocation and explore the reasonable treatment.Methods According to the surrounding of acromioclavicular joint fracture dislocation of bone structure is shift in , II type two,type II according to the degree of displacement is divided into II a, II B two subtype.The special position designed by closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation for treatment of 16 cases of patients with type.Results The curative ef ect of 14 cases of acute injury of the excellent,2 cases of old injury ef ect dif erence.Conclusion Type should be the normal anatomy and function actively adopt ef ective methods to restore the acromioclavicular joint and surrounding; special position closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation method is reasonable, effective and simple operation.
