目的探讨美罗培南治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的作用与临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月～2013年7月在本院收治的确诊为CAP的(≧60岁)68例老年重症肺炎患者，按治疗方法不同随机分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组给予美罗培南治疗，对照组给予头孢三代抗生素治疗。结果观察组临床治疗有效率优于对照组，其差异具有显著性(<0.05)，观察组的总有效率为94.1豫，高于对照组的76.4豫；观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论美罗培南治疗在治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎临床床效果显著，值得在临床领域推广、应用。

Objective To study the e.faecalis treatment of elderly severe community-acquired pneumonia effect and the clinical curative ef ect. Methods From January 2012 to July 2012 in our hospital were analyzed during the period of diagnosis of CAP (60 or higher) of 68 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia, according to the dif erent treatments were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given the e.faecalis treatment, control group given three first-generation cephalosporin antibiotics. Results Observation group clinical treatment ef ectiveness is better than that of control group, the dif erence is significant ( <0.05), the observation group total ef ective rate was 94.1%, 76.4% higher than the control group; The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was obviously lower than the control group. Conclusion Beauty e.faecalis therapy in the treatment of senile severe community-acquired pneumonia clinical ef ect is remark.
