以赤泥、粉煤灰、膨润土为主要原料,掺加一定量的成孔剂和助溶剂,通过烧结制成赤泥轻质保温砖。利用扫描电子显微镜对赤泥轻质保温砖破坏断口进行了微观形貌分析,结果表明,在烧结温度为1100℃保温180 min,制得的保温砖性能较好,继续延长保温时间,保温砖试样性能基本不变。

The lightweight insulation red mud brick is prepared by red mud, fly ash, bentonite as the main raw material, and some pore forming agent and fluxing agent. The influence of soaking time in firing on the properties of insulation red mud brick is studied. The fracture surface's microstructure of lightweight insulation brick is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the firing mechanism is discussed preliminarily. The results show that when firing temperature is 1100 ℃ and soaking time is 180 minutes, the thermal insulation of brick is better. While prolongs the soaking time, the performance of sample is almost invariable.
