目的：观察喜炎平联合山蜡梅叶颗粒治疗小儿手足口病（普通型）的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的120名小儿普通型手足口病患儿分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用喜炎平联合山蜡梅叶颗粒进行治疗，对照组应用单一喜炎平注射液肌注进行治疗，比较两组患儿临床治疗效果等指标。结果治疗组的总有效率（93.3%）明显高于对照组（78.3%）（P＜0.05）。结论喜炎平联合山蜡梅叶颗粒治疗小儿普通型手足口病具有良好的疗效，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰희염평연합산사매협과립치료소인수족구병（보통형）적림상료효。방법장본원수치적120명소인보통형수족구병환인분위치료조화대조조，치료조응용희염평연합산사매협과립진행치료，대조조응용단일희염평주사액기주진행치료，비교량조환인림상치료효과등지표。결과치료조적총유효솔（93.3%）명현고우대조조（78.3%）（P＜0.05）。결론희염평연합산사매협과립치료소인보통형수족구병구유량호적료효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping combined with Chimonanthus nitens leaf particles in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease(ordinary type). Methods 120 children with ordinary hand-foot-mouth disease treated in our hospital were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received Xiyanping combined with Chimonanthus nitens leaf particles for treatment and the control group received intramuscular injection of single Xiyanping for treatment. The clinical treatment effects and other indicators of the two groups of children were compared. Results The total effective rate(93.3%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than 78.3% of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping combined with Chimonanthus nitens leaf particles shows good efficacy in the treatment of children with ordinary hand-foot-mouth disease and therefore is worthy of clinical promotion.
