目的：通过检测吸烟与不吸烟慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前、后龈沟液肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-10的变化，分析吸烟对治疗效果的影响。方法选择男性慢性牙周炎患者27例，分为吸烟组12例和不吸烟组15例。在牙周基础治疗前和治疗后1个月分别测定龈沟液TNF-α和IL-10水平以及牙周临床指标。结果基础治疗前、后牙周探诊深度的下降值吸烟组低于不吸烟组( P<0．05)。临床附着丧失的下降值吸烟组与不吸烟组差异无统计学意义( P>0．05)。 TNF-α浓度的下降值吸烟组低于不吸烟组( P<0．05)。 IL-10浓度的升高值吸烟组低于不吸烟组(P<0．05)。结论吸烟影响牙周基础治疗效果。
목적：통과검측흡연여불흡연만성아주염환자아주기출치료전、후간구액종류배사인자-α화백세포개소-10적변화，분석흡연대치료효과적영향。방법선택남성만성아주염환자27례，분위흡연조12례화불흡연조15례。재아주기출치료전화치료후1개월분별측정간구액TNF-α화IL-10수평이급아주림상지표。결과기출치료전、후아주탐진심도적하강치흡연조저우불흡연조( P<0．05)。림상부착상실적하강치흡연조여불흡연조차이무통계학의의( P>0．05)。 TNF-α농도적하강치흡연조저우불흡연조( P<0．05)。 IL-10농도적승고치흡연조저우불흡연조(P<0．05)。결론흡연영향아주기출치료효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of smoking on TNF-α and IL-10 levels in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis before and after initial therapy. Methods Twenty-seven male patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into smoking group ( 12 cases ) and non-smoking group ( 15 cases ) . TNF-α and IL-10 levels in gingival crevicular fluid were measured before and after initial therapy for one month, and periodontal clinical index was examined. Results After treatment, the probing depth improved more in non-smoking group than in the smoking group (P<0. 05), the clinical attachment loss was not significantly different between the two groups (P>0. 05), the TNF-αlevel in the smoking group was lower than that in non-smoking group(P<0. 05), and IL-10 level in the smoking group was lower than in the non-smoking group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Smoking can affect the effect of periodontal initial therapy.
