连续宽箱梁由于截面面积大,施工时对单位时间内混凝土的供应及现场管理等带来较大的困难。通过某工程实例,提出采用三段式浇筑施工法。通过与满堂支架施工方法、支架逐孔现浇施工方法在施工受力特点、施工费用及现场管理等方面进行比较分析,认为该工法工期短,施工安全可靠,施工费用省。

There are many difficulties for concrete supply and site management in continuous wide box construction due to its large cross area.The paper put forward the three-step pouring construction method in a project example.Being compared with full framing construction methods and cast-in-place hole by hole construction method in the aspect of construction mechanical characteristics,construction cost and construction management,etc,the method is proved to be safe,saving and having short time limit.
